The most consequential aspect of the Morgan, Slaughter & Haltiwanger, LLC and Kirk Morgan is the low volume of cases the firm chooses to handle at a given time. Kirk feels that too many lawyers do not actually get to know their clients, and as such, cannot understand the full aspects of the case. Clients of Morgan, Slaughter & Haltiwanger, LLC are going to have personal interaction with Kirk and his partner, Chuck Slaughter. Personal attention equals greater knowledge which helps achieve results. At the end of the day, the only way a good trial lawyer can be effective is by having a reputation as a good courtroom attorney.
